Notes from the Founder
Golly. There are times in this life when I just need to stuff my face with some chocolate.
Triple chocolate chip cookies, chocolate mudslide muffins filled with little pieces of melted white chocolate, chocolate pudding oozing its insides or chocolate cake doused in chocolate ganache and gooey chocolaty sauce, chocolate sprinkles and fudgy melted chocolate pieces drowning in choco... ok I'm getting ahead of myself a little.
And then there's tea... enough said, really. If you haven't worked out my obsession with tea, chances are this is the first page you've happened upon in your Tielka discovery.
So it's time, people! It's time to marry these two loves of my life and live happily ever after. Of course, what's a tasty marriage without a little hot chilli, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and so on to spice things up? Enjoy this one, folks.
But for goodness sake, don't forget the sugar or honey and a nice dose of hot milk when you brew.
There's a damn good reason why they put sugar in chocolate, and you'll know why if you try this one neat.
Happy brewing!
