Notes from the Founder
I really didn't know what to expect when I created this blend. I had never tried infusing eucalyptus leaves, let alone mixing them with other herbs. Suffice it to say, I was super-excited to source organic-certified eucalyptus leaves from a family-run farm in Tasmania. This is the stuff dreams are made of. I was determined to make it work
It didn't take long to realise that eucalyptus leaves alone aren't that much chop, in fact, the flavour will wack you in the face, and not in a pleasant way.
But like some people, some herbs reach their full potential and even take centre stage when mixed with the right kind of others, and this was no exception.
The secret ingredients? Lemon myrtle and lemongrass.
It took quite a few rounds of testing, on ourselves, and on a rather renowned Sunshine Coast chef (who for the sake of anonymity shall remain unnamed), but we got it sorted and we LOVE it!
I love inhaling this brew, it clears my sinuses. It's also incredibly refreshing, healing, and cleansing to drink. Did I mention it's delightfully pleasant in taste too?
Enjoy this Australian beauty, it's one not to miss.
Happy brewing!
